Are the items cleaned before being sold?
Yes! Every item is steamed before being listed. Steaming is gentle on fabrics, helps sanitize clothing, removes wrinkles, and refreshes pieces without harsh chemicals.
Are the items new or secondhand?
Most of our items are secondhand. Some may show minor signs of wear, but we carefully clean, inspect, and repair them (if needed) before they reach you.
Do items always have a brand or label?
Not always. We accept unique and cultural pieces that may be brand-name, handmade, or inspired by traditional designs. Each listing includes photos and measured so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Do you offer consignment?
Consignment is not open to the public yet, but it’s coming soon! Follow us on social media for updates on when we begin accepting community consignments.
Can I return or exchange an item?
